1. Service Agreement
By engaging Vaguhinej for automotive services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All work is performed at your request and risk. We maintain industry-standard safety protocols and quality assurance.
2. Service Scope & Liability
Vaguhinej provides diagnostic and maintenance services as described. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions not identified during inspection. All repairs carry a 30-day warranty on workmanship.
- Customers must disclose known vehicle issues
- Warranty excludes wear and tear or misuse
- Maximum liability limited to service cost paid
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and digital payment methods. Invoices must be settled within agreed timeframes. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service receive full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% fee. Completed services are non-refundable unless service failure is documented.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
We collect contact and vehicle information solely for service delivery. Your data is protected under GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share information with third parties without consent.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for vehicle safety. We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle poses safety risks. Any additional issues discovered during service will be reported with cost estimates.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vaguhinej is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Malaysian jurisdiction and courts.
